Let your spirit and mind free from stress and all the hustle while exploring the Bijarim Forest which is a haven of 2,800 nutmeg trees between 500 and 800 years old. These trees are 7-14m in height and 50-110cm in diameter.
The oldest tree in the island of Jeju is also located in the middle of this forest. The tree is what they call the Ancestor Tree of Bija Trees, which measures 25 meters in height, 5 meters in girth and has been standing proud and strong for 800 long years! Imagine if humans could live that long too.
