Haedong Yonggusa Temple

Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is one of the few temples in Korea that were not built into mountains. It is a seaside temple. Haedong Yonggungsa is 1 of 3 sacred places in Korea related to the Goddess of Budddha.

Haeundae Beach

Haeundae Beach stretches about 1.5 kilometers along the Busan coast and is the perfect place to take a swim or just bathe out in the sun. In the evening or colder months, you can take in the beautiful Busan skyline and explore the food stalls and shops along the boardwalk.

Day 2: Gyeongju Day Trip

Located 1.5 hours northeast of Busa,, Gyeongju is one of the most historically significant cities in South Korea. Seokguram Grotto

Seokguram Grotto was designated a World Cultur Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995. It is an artificial stone temple made of granite. It is the premier stone temple in South Korea.
