You will embark on a tour with one of our licensed guides, choosing from two available types: a walking tour or a driving tour. The walking tour is suited for groups ranging from 1 to 7 people, while the driving tour can accommodate from 1 to several hundred people.

The walking tour offers the flexibility for you and your guide to walk, use taxis, or public transportation to navigate your journey. In contrast, the driving tour involves traveling in a private vehicle driven by a dedicated driver, allowing you and your guide to enjoy a seamless and comfortable touring experience.

Each touring day is 8 hours long. The default start and end times are 9:30am to 5:30pm. We can adjust the start and end times as long as it is within 8 hours.

Our Korea tour specialists are local experts. A part of their job is to make recommendations for meals. There are no preset destinations for meals. Your Korea travel specialist will consult with you and arrange proper places based on your tastes, preferences, and budget.

Your itinerary is something we would work on together and is an ongoing process. If you have no idea what you may want, we can always just make suggestions.

The itinerary is flexible; feel free to discuss with your guide and make reasonable adjustments along the way.

The vehicle size for the driving tour varies depending on the number of group. There are four types of vehicles available, each selected based on the number of passengers as follows:
1 ~ 6 passengers: Minivan
7 passengers: Minivan or Large Van
8 ~ 12 passengers: Large Van
13 ~ 16 passengers: Minibus
17 ~ 43 passengers: Large Bus -
For tours with luggage, we suggest selecting a slightly larger vehicle than those outlined above. Our consultants will be available to offer detailed assistance.

For trips from Seoul to regional destinations, additional fees apply for day trips or overnight trips, which we refer to as “distance charges.” Entrance fees and meals are not included in this rate and will need to be paid separately.

The walking tour only includes the guide fee for 8 hours and does not include subway, bus, or taxi fares.

A 20% deposit is required for booking. Deposits are fully refundable if tour is cancelled with 15 or more days notice. If given less than 15 days notice, the deposit is forfeited.

The 20% deposit is paid with a credit card via PayPal or with your PayPal balance if you have an account. You do not have to have or setup a PayPal account if you want to pay with a credit card via PayPal.

There are no rain checks on the day of the tour due to weather unless the weather conditions make it too dangerous to proceed.

Due to our tight schedule, we may not be able to accommodate last minute tour date changes. We will try our best. In the event we cannot accommodate a requested change and you wish to cancel instead, our standard cancellation policy of no refund if given less than 15 days notice will apply.

If booking non-consecutive days, we may not be able to provide the same tour specialist for the whole duration of your tour.
