Who can resist seafood at the market! Highly recommended, make sure you walk around instead of going for the first store in the market. Second floor are generally better for tourist. I’ve been here every year except during COVID. Prices are reasonable and every shop has a partnered restaurant, check the price for cooking the seafood and then summing up the total cost.
Amazing must go. Fresh seafood and amazing selection. Order the snowcrab. Worth the money. Get the fried rice with the leftover of the snowcrab juice!
There is a fish market very close to the city, you can try it out, but the cooking fee is not cheap😄
Very fresh seafood, as far as I know many of the market staff speak both Chinese and Korean. Tough luck if you only speak english though.
We picked out food from several stores than headed up to a restaurant above to prepare the food.
We wanted to taste the original flavour, so we picked sashimi when we could, and boiled if not. But low-key regret. Shoulda picked the fried, bbq’d or soup options. Still great though. Reallllly big and fresh and affordable

Seafood is really cheap, but you have to pay special attention to the prices of the food on the second floor😅
You must try this gigantic fish market. Better if you’re accompanied by a korean friend. You buy your fish and seafood downstairs, and then you go upstairs in one of the many restaurants that will cook your food!
