Manage to visit this UNESCO site on the first day of reopening. A must visit place! Breathtaking view and volcanic structures above the waters.
It is largely reopened, although part of the park is still closed for renovation. Seem to be putting in new gantries for charges. Was free entry when I went there.
If you want to save 2,000KRW per adult, can just park inside the parking area (still need to pay 2,000KRW per car) and make your way to the left after the entrance, away from the ticket booth. There you can see a section of the columnar structure from below the cliff.
The mysteries of nature unfold everywhere you touch your feet.
May you keep the law-abiding spirit in your sensibility of feeling beauty.
In particular, if you raise children and accompany them, you will be able to pass on good values. I was upset with the trash everywhere around me. I had no choice but to pick it up.
Long drive from city centre, provide huge parking lot, even in rainy day, it looks beautiful. Very recommend for those who visit Jejudo
very pretty, it’s open again. look on naver for the hours
Charming view but you shouldn’t t came to here if you are far away from this place
It’s nice just to look at it. It’s great regardless of the weather.
amazing views currently july 2023 observation deck is closed so entrance was free but still plenty to see
Sadly the viewing platform was under construction when we visited. Because of that the entrance was free, as you couldn’t really see the main part. I still recommend walking to both right and left side, as you’ll get an idea of what it should look like, you just won’t see the nicest part as it is enclosed in a small bay. There is a nice rocky beach to the left
Easy walk, beautiful overlook!
We came here during the weekday so it was rather empty. The waves were strong too, but there were parts that were blocked so the view was a little obstructed. Do note that to get to this place, you will have to walk a steep slope down, without any handles for you to hold so be careful! There is a lady selling some side dishes if you’re hungry, so you can sit on the benches just next to her store and eat while looking out at the view. The weather was really good that day so we were lucky when capturing these photos!
Scenic location, nearby parking. Good for taking photos, though it could get crowded at times, which makes it a little hard to get good photos. There is a lady that sells fresh raw seafood nearby.
One of the must visit places in jeju Island. This island is beautiful. Anywhere you go in jeju. It’s so beautiful. This cliff is so beautiful. You will see volcano stone everywhere.. that is the beauty of this place.youcan also see the peanuts and orange tree everywhere on the road side of the jeju. Also you can get fresh orange juice with pulp in juice. It tastes so fresh and good.
A lovely place to enjoy. Unfortunately we came when it was closed so didn’t get to really see the coin rocks. But even though we didn’t see we enjoyed the view and got some. Nice photos
very beautiful place where lava met the sea)
Absolutely beautiful place to visit and hike. I spent almost 2 hours there to walk around and take in the view. Because it’s a weekday, it’s not that crazy crowded. Ocean view is breathtaking, listening to the wave hitting against the cliffs can be so peaceful. There’s ample parking available if you are driving. Try to go during evening time to catch the sunset. Depending on the season you are visiting, the wind can be strong and cold. It’s a bit of a drive from my hotel but once you are there, the view is worth it. If you like nature, ocean view or have never see lava cliffs, visit this place if you are in Jeju Island.
To be honest I did not expect the heavenly view there. I had so much fun and enjoyed all of the natural rocks.Thank God for that!!!!!!♥
Don’t pay for a ticket unless you plan on going to the top of the crater. The free hike will get you down to the divers
It’s a nice place to look while walking.
Under going reno. The bridge that leads to the rock for pic taking is not available. Overall nice place still.
