Book your private tour, you won’t regret it! I had a thoroughly wonderful time on my tour with my driver/guide, Jay! We covered everything on my itinerary plus he threw in some bonus places that were perfect for me and made the tour magical! Exceptional & Knowledgeable Guide Joe kept in contact with me on WhatsApp as soon as he was our designated guide. He messaged me as to where he was located with a photo for our hotel pickup. Joe has a wealth of knowledge about his country of South Korea. It was interesting learning about S. Korea’s history at the National Museum of History. He made sure to tell us where to meet if we got separated. We stopped at Changdeokgung Palace-one of the highlights of the tour for me. There was literally no parking to be found. Joe got our tickets so we could enter the palace grounds ourselves and he picked us up as soon as we texted him we were finished. A stop at HiKR Ground. Then onto Gwanjang Market where we bought souvenirs and yummy noodles with mandu. The great thing about having Joe as our guide is we didn’t feel rushed or made to keep a rigid schedule. I had mentioned it would be my birthday in a couple of days. He asked if he could make a quick stop. He returned with the sweetest birthday cake for me. We asked if we could bypass Meyeongdong Street for a stroll at the Han River. Joe waited at the van while we walked along the beautiful river at night. Then back to our hotel. A really wonderful tour with a flexible and knowledgeable guide.

Day trip outside the city Had a great time with the family! It was a relaxed trip. Our guide (Joe) made sure we maximized the time without missing the best spots! Joe was very friendly and attentive to our requitements. Will definitely go back.

Amazing Korea, Yours to Explore Seoul is a great city to visit. Its streets are clean, its citizens law- abiding and courteous.Korea is truly a land of morning calm as we experienced the hikes in the mountains, featuring the spellbinding natural beauty of picturesque high mountains and clear waters and its splendid tranquillity. The weather in Autumn is pleasantly cool to our comfort. We took many photos of the places of attractions like the Joseon Dynasty Palace and the Korean Folks Village .It makes your journey very pleasant as toilets are clean and properly maintained.The city is bountiful in merchandise shops, eating outlets and western style Cafes.The seafood we ate at the fish market is fantastic and reasonably priced. Korean Food though is generally more hot and spicy.As English is a universal language, suggest to have English translations alongside the Korean language in signage, public notices and descriptive information.Joe Sang did a fantastic job in being our tour guide. He is knowledgeable about the history of Korea, its culture and its geography. He loves and performs his job with enthusiasm and good cheer. What impresses us about Joe is that he treats us as family such that we have become fast family friends.All in all, Joe made our family trip so memorable and inspiring.We certainly will encourage our folks back home to visit Seoul and Korea.감사합니다gamsahabnida

Soul city tour with Joe! I been to 18 countries and Joe the guide meet my exceptions, he not only is a good driver but very caring and friendly, a local who knows his country well I would strongly recommend booking a tour asap if not you will not see Korea the right way. When I come back to Korea during Xmas. The company he works for I will request him immediately.

Aussie small town family in the big Smoke. Joe was assigned to be our driver. He arrived on time. Greeted us with a smile, and helped us pack our pram into the boot. I asked to stop at cafe to get coffee, which Joe kindly detoured and took us to. He was generous and paid for our coffee. Joe is very assertive. This is handy when dealing with Korean personalities. He helped manoeuvre on the road, in the line, when ordering food, and when lining up for tours. Joe always asked if we needed his help. He tailored the tour to suit our needs and request. Joe makes good suggestions & goes over and beyond. He was willing to take us out longer, free of charge, however our one year old daughter needed to rest, therefore we couldn’t extend our tour. Thanks Joe for playing Korean love songs in the car for us.

Professionalism, communication and care We went on the DMZ tour today with myself and my family of 6... so 7 people in total. I had been debating on whether to join a bigger tour group to see the DMZ or to go with a company that would just take our family and I am so thankful that we went in a private car. We were staying at an airbnb in Yon San Gu and with having such drastically different ages in our group, I didn't know if it would be doable to wake up so early to meet a tour bus at a designated location. Two members of our group are senior citizens in their 70's and we also had a 7 year old, along with 2 teens in the group so it made it a lot more convenient and easier to have a car be able to come to our airbnb to pick us up to go to Paju to be able to go to the DMZ tour. This company had great and timely communication from the very beginning of my correspondence with them. Even though there was a time difference, Harry and Kevin always got back to me promptly with asking me where my family wanted to go, answering different questions that I had, and they were also prompt in sending me an itinerary and in letting me know who our guide for the tour would be. The communication with this group is excellent! A few days before our trip would start, our actual tour guide named Jay messaged me to find out where we would be staying and to also let me know what time he would come to pick us up. He was very prompt. We were the first in line and got an early entrance time to see the 3rd tunnel and to also be able to go into the observation deck cafe area to see across the river to see North Korea. His communication with us throughout the tour was excellent! He also knew exactly where to have us take group pictures and took pictures for us. We also ate a delicious Korean Barbecue lunch and then went to the Blue House to see the former residence of the President. (Normally, if groups get a later time for the DMZ entrance then we wouldn't have been able to see the Blue House but by the Grace of God and having had an early start, we were able to do both activities. It was a wonderful day!Our guide Jay was excellent. He is very personable and was very easy to converse with. He really went above and beyond for us in this trip as my dad was having some trouble coming back out of the tunnel and he walked near us and let my dad know that he could go as slow as he needed to go and that it was fine to take his time. During lunch, he even cooked the bulgogi for us. After the Blue House, my mom or dad had mentioned one of the fortress walls, Nongdaemun, so before taking us back to our airbnb in YongSanGu, he even made a detour to help us to see the fortress wall, then finally, before dropping us off, he made another detour to help stop by a small convenience store to see if they had anything to help with mosquitos. (My 7 year old had major mosquito bites and was very itchy.) We have had many different tours for different activities but Jay went above and beyond for us. My family was very impressed by the care that Jay showed and we are very impressed overall by the professionalism, communication and care that this entire company showed. On behalf of my family, I highly recommend this tour company.

Aussie’s first time in Seoul Our experience in Seoul was fantastic. Our tour guide Mr Joe was very helpful. He went over and above to ensure our tour was smooth, enjoyable and overall great. Joe was flexible, which is what you need and want with a 1 year old toddler. If we wanted coffee, or nappy change time, some food to eat and even a change of destination, Joe made sure we got what we asked for. The car was comfortable, spacious and windows are tinted. A lot of boot space for strollers and shopping bags. Joe knows his way around Seoul. He’s a fast skilled driver and is assertive (which is handy when dealing with a lot of people). He helped us choose yummy traditional Korean food and drinks, took us to cafes and restaurants that weren’t listed on the tour. Thank you for making our time a good one. We enjoyed the slow love songs in the car hehe.

Seoul lacked Soul I went with a woman's group of 24 intrepid travelers. I guess I went with great expectations and somewhere it fell short! Yes, I loved the Korean shopping in Goto Market, the myeongdong night market/ the bbq korean food/ the warm courteous people... but Seoul per se left me feeling that it lacked soul. Too commercial for me! Busan was far better and Jeju Island was the best, the air was clean and the place was pristine. Saw the Gyeongbokgung Palace.. a lot of sameness of structures and a great deal of walking .The Han River Cruise was a let down..some music but nothing much else. The DMZ was worth the ride though, as was the cultural village. Maybe it has more to offer the KPop and KDrama gen.

Did a two day tour of Seoul. Our guide Gwany Hong was excellent. Knew Seoul and its history. Our second day was a BTS tour which was my favorite. He gave great recommendations for food and shopping. We were able to see all the major highlights of the city. Plan on returning to Seoul and will definitely book our same guide. 5 Stars!!!!!

We were lucky to have Lucy for two days as our tour guide in Busan. She was outstanding and shared her knowledge of Busan and its amazing culture. She really connected with our family and was able to engage with my daughters, ages 5 and 7. We had our best meals and desserts with her! Even though we were challenged with the weather, Lucy made sure we had a memorable experience! Thank you, Lucy!

John made our trip such a memorable experience! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed everything Korea had to offer. John picked us up at our hotel and had a well-planned day set out for us, with plenty of stops for food, interesting and notable places, and suggestions for that were interesting for us and for our teenage sons. He engaged each one of us and made every effort to connect amicably, showing genuine interest and encouraged us to try new foods. He is knowledgable, respectful, and friendly and all of those qualities make him an excellent our guide and a wonderful representative of seoul to make tourists feel welcome. Our tour guide, John, was the best! Not only did he share so many facts about Korean culture, he was also very accommodating to us. My aunts liked to joke around and ask many questions, and he hopped along with them (us) and was very patient too!
