Korean Culture & DMZ tour, Joe rocks! We had an absolutely amazing experience with Joe as our tour guide. From even the day before the tour began, Joe’s kindness and thoughtfulness stood out. He messaged us on WhatsApp to make sure we were prepared in everything for our journey to the DMZ. He genuinely cared about ensuring we had a memorable experience, and his passion for sharing the beauty and culture of Korea was evident.One of the highlights was his encouragement to try a variety of cultural foods, which added a delicious and authentic touch to our journey. Joe went above and beyond by bringing binoculars for the DMZ visit, which allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. Of course, his knowledge in sharing information from the DMZ and other historical events was also appreciated. His attention to detail and dedication to our comfort made this tour unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide—Joe truly made our trip special. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and thoughtful guide, Joe is the one. Highly recommend!

Great trip with a wonderful guide, Joe! Our first day in Seoul was very exciting and incredible with the help of our guide, Joe. He's very friendly and caring especially to our teenage daughter and mother, making sure my mom always warm and comfortable. Will definitely looking forward to have more wonderful trip with Joe and the agency.

Day trip to DMZ We did a day trip to the DMZ.Joe is great! Very knowledgeable, super accommodating and incredibly nice. He was on time, and continued to communicate with us leading up to our hotel pick up.Ask for Joe, you’ll be glad you did.

One day Guided Tour to Nami and Garden of the Morning Calm Although it was just for one day, Joe had been a wonderful guide to my family. He had been very kind and bought us hand warmer packs making sure to keep us warm. Most importantly, he made sure to bring us to non-spicy restaurants as my elderly mom has a gastric problem and can't have spicy food. Great job Joe and This Is Korea, and special shout out to Harry Hong and Kevin Hong who assisted with all the bookings. Thank you!

Beautiful and peaceful Jeju Cindy is the one tour guide you will need and want. She has all the local knowledge that can help with trip updates due to weather, whims and food cravings! We really enjoyed Jeju. Jeju is a beautiful and peaceful place. And even after the first time there, we still think it is necessary to have Cindy as a guide and local friend for our next trips!!

A great, easy, comfortable tour! We had a fantastic experience with John! My friend and I wanted to do a day trip from Seoul to see Hwanseongul Cave and Haesindang Park, and we were having trouble trying to find a driver who would take us such a far distance. John really stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond to get us there! He was communicative, prompt, and full of really useful knowledge about South Korea. We had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable ride and were able to see and do all we wanted to plus he took us to a delicious lunch at a local spot! We would highly recommend John, he made our day so fun and it was a great way to see South Korea in comfort!

The DMZ tour and more Thank you Joe Chu for making this day the best that it possibly could. The reason we chose to do a private tour versus a group tour was because we were hoping for more flexibility in what could be a dynamic schedule. We were correct!Visiting the DMC proper is more structured, but our private guide and driver Joe was able to add in elements before and after the formal tour, something not easy or even possible to do when you’re part of a larger group tour and it was those add-ons which enhanced our experience.The starting location we went to for the beginning of the organized bus portion of the DMZ Tour was also hosting a very large soybean festival at the time… Not only did Joe allow us to incorporate some time to enjoy the festival, but he was instrumental with helping us have an amazing lunch experience amongst the street food vendors at that event. And even shop and purchase items from vendors who had reportedly sold of certain items.He constantly surprised us with little food gifts along the way to help us with our authentic Korean experience. And was ready to do more for us at the drop of a dime.He was very prompt at picking us up at the hotel and supplied a vehicle, which was very clean and very safe.

Korea tour Mr Joe was amazing and took us all main places at our request. He made sure we were well taking care of all day. Surprise us with a drawing and made many memories. Definitely recommend and book him when you visit korea.

Did a two day tour of Seoul. Our guide Gwany Hong was excellent. Knew Seoul and its history. Our second day was a BTS tour which was my favorite. He gave great recommendations for food and shopping. We were able to see all the major highlights of the city. Plan on returning to Seoul and will definitely book our same guide. 5 Stars!!!!!

We were lucky to have Lucy for two days as our tour guide in Busan. She was outstanding and shared her knowledge of Busan and its amazing culture. She really connected with our family and was able to engage with my daughters, ages 5 and 7. We had our best meals and desserts with her! Even though we were challenged with the weather, Lucy made sure we had a memorable experience! Thank you, Lucy!

John made our trip such a memorable experience! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed everything Korea had to offer. Every recommendation was so on point amazing and he was very flexible with any special requests we had. Not to mention how nice and funny he is! We would love to tour with him again in the future. John picked us up at our hotel and had a well-planned day set out for us, with plenty of stops for food, interesting and notable places, and suggestions for that were interesting for us and for our teenage sons. He engaged each one of us and made every effort to connect amicably, showing genuine interest and encouraged us to try new foods. He is knowledgable, respectful, and friendly and all of those qualities make him an excellent our guide and a wonderful representative of seoul to make tourists feel welcome. Having john as our private tour guide for the day was the perfect way to see the city and access things we would never otherwise have known to see, try, or do. Thank you JOHN!!!

Fantastic day in Busan. Our guide, Lucy, was awesome. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Lucy was an amazing guide for our time in Busan! She is very courteous and treated us like her own family. Extremely knowledgeable about the places we visited! When I visit Busan again, I am definitely looking forward to visiting more places with Lucy! Highly recommend her if she is available to show you around!

Our tour guide, John, was the best! Not only did he share so many facts about Korean culture, he was also very accommodating to us. My aunts liked to joke around and ask many questions, and he hopped along with them (us) and was very patient too!
