• We provide you with a private van and a Korea tour(Korea travel) specialist. A tour specialist is a licensed guide that will double as both your driver and guide. In some cases, a driver and guide are assigned separately. Also, a walking tour of downtown Seoul is available if you wish.

• Each touring day is 9 hours long. The default start and end times are 9:30am to 6:30pm. We can adjust the start and end times as long as it is within 9 hours.

• Our Korea tour specialists are local experts. A part of their job is to make recommendations for meals. There are no preset destinations for meals. Your Korea travel specialist will consult with you and arrange proper places based on your tastes, preferences, and budget.

• Your itinerary is something we would work on together and is an ongoing process. If you have no idea what you may want, we can always just make suggestions.

• The itinerary is not set in stone. You can discuss with your guide and make adjustments on the fly within reason.

• By default, we will be using a 9 passenger van for groups of 1-8. Sometimes a sedan will be used for a group of 1-2 if a van is not available.

• Please note that a group of 8-9 will fit into a 9 passenger van, but it will be tight. So, for 8 or 9 pax, we recommend the 14-seater large van or minibus.

• If traveling with luggage, we will only be able to fit 6 passengers and 6-7 pieces of luggage. For groups of 7-9 passengers with luggage, a van will not work. You will have to upgrade to a large van or minibus.

• We have Korea tour specialists based in Seoul, Jeju, and Busan. Travel Korea to any other region will be from either Seoul or Busan, depending on where you are staying. There will be extra charges for the extra mileage, gas, toll fees, and lodging for our Korea travel(Korea tour) specialist. These amount of charges will depend on your itinerary

• English or Mandarin speaking tour specialist (driver/licensed guide) and private 9 passenger van for 9 hours.

• Pick up and drop off from your hotel in Seoul. Extra charges apply if starting/ending at airports or ports.

• All travel expenses (gas, toll fees, parking etc.) for travel within Seoul, Jeju, or Busan. Extra charges apply when traveling to other provinces. Please inquire for further info.

• Our tour specialist’s personal expenses. (meals, entrance fees, etc.)

• A 20% deposit is required for booking. Deposits are fully refundable if tour is cancelled with 15 or more days notice. If given less than 15 days notice, the deposit is forfeited.

• The 20% deposit is paid with a credit card via PayPal or with your PayPal balance if you have an account. You do not have to have or setup a PayPal account if you want to pay with a credit card via PayPal.

• There are no rain checks on the day of the tour due to weather unless the weather conditions make it too dangerous to proceed.

• Due to our tight schedule, we may not be able to accommodate last minute tour date changes. We will try our best. In the event we cannot accommodate a requested change and you wish to cancel instead, our standard cancellation policy of no refund if given less than 15 days notice will apply.

• If booking non-consecutive days, we may not be able to provide the same tour specialist for the whole duration of your tour.

• Multiple groups join the tour together, so you may be touring with people you don’t know.

• The tour follows a set itinerary, so it isn’t customized to individual preferences.

• Tour duration is approximately 4 to 5 hours.

• If the minimum group size isn’t met, the tour may be canceled.
